Admission Policies
- No student is allowed to enroll and earn credits in any advanced subject unless he/she passed the prerequisite subjects.
- A student may be temporarily enrolled provided he/she has accomplished the waiver of requirement form. Lacking requirements must be submitted before the scheduled Preliminary Examination.
- A student is officially enrolled if he/she has submitted the appropriate admission or transfer credentials, has paid or made arrangements to pay his/her fees and has been duly authorized to attend classes.
- A student should only attend classes where he/she is officially enrolled and in the section he/she is assigned.
- For requested subject, graduating student/s or incoming intern/s must write a letter of request addressed to the Registrar's Office noted by the Department Dean. The registrar will evaluate the status of the student and shall be forwarded to the VPAA for recommendation and be approved by the VP-Finance.
- A student who enrolled after the scheduled enrollment dates will be charged with late enrollment fee.
- A student who enrolled after the late enrollment schedule date will no longer be accepted.
- Request to open course/subject, a minimum number of 30 students for a semestral course/subject and 20 for summer course/subject is required.
