Step 1: Approach the Registrar Office to get a Pre-enrollment Form and fill up according to the details.
Step 2: After filling up the Pre-enrollment Form, look for the Program Head according to the program-degree enrolled and take a validation to approve and signed.
Step 3: Go to the Registrar’s Office to submit the Pre-enrollment Form to get the Enrollment Form (The blue one), fill up according to its details.
Step 4: After filling up the Enrollment form, prepare the entrance fee payment and approach the Cashier’s Priority Number attendant and get a Priority Number
Step 5: If the priority number called, approach to the cashier and submit the Enrollment Form including the Entrance fee payment.
Step 6: Wait for a while and wait for your family name to be called.
Step 7:After the Cashier gives the receipt, assessment and the pre-enrollment form, Approach the Registrar’s Office and submit the Pre-enrollment form validate and get a stamp enrolled.
Step 8: After getting the stamp, Approach the Enrollment Encoder Section to encode the courses and finalized your Enrollment
