The Office of Nursing is committed to excellence in nursing education, research, and practice. It administers academic programs that prepare students for professional nursing roles through rigorous instruction, clinical training, and community engagement. As a center of health education, the Nursing Office works collaboratively with healthcare institutions and practitioners to ensure graduates are competent, compassionate, and responsive to the evolving needs of the healthcare system.

Objectives
  1. Provide comprehensive nursing education that integrates theoretical knowledge with hands-on clinical experience.
  2. Develop graduates who demonstrate excellence in patient care, critical thinking, and ethical decision-making in diverse healthcare settings.
  3. Promote evidence-based practice and research that contribute to advancements in nursing and healthcare delivery.
  4. Foster professional values, leadership, and lifelong learning among nursing students and faculty.
  5. Collaborate with hospitals, clinics, and community health organizations to enhance training and service opportunities.
  6. Support public health initiatives and community outreach programs that address health promotion, disease prevention, and wellness education.
  7. Uphold standards of safety, ethics, and cultural competence in all aspects of nursing education and practice.
Services Offered
  1. Offer degree programs in Nursing, including professional licensure preparation and specialization tracks.
  2. Coordinate clinical placements and hands-on training in hospitals, community health centers, and other healthcare facilities.
  3. Provide simulation-based learning using modern nursing laboratories and equipment.
  4. Facilitate faculty and student research in nursing science and healthcare innovations.
  5. Organize health education campaigns, medical missions, and community outreach programs.
  6. Offer continuing education, review courses, and skills enhancement programs for licensed nurses and health workers.
  7. Support students in licensure exam preparation (e.g., NCLEX) through review sessions, mentorship, and academic advising.
