The Office of Information Technology (OIT) is dedicated to advancing technology-driven education, research, and administrative support through innovative IT solutions. It manages academic programs in Information Technology and related fields, while also overseeing campus-wide digital infrastructure and services. The OIT serves as a central hub for instruction, technological innovation, cybersecurity, and the development of future IT professionals, ensuring that technology effectively supports institutional goals and student success.

Objectives
  1. Deliver high-quality academic programs in Information Technology that cover areas such as programming, networking, systems analysis, and cybersecurity.
  2. Promote innovation and research in IT, encouraging faculty and students to engage in projects that address real-world technological challenges.
  3. Develop students’ practical and analytical skills through hands-on training, laboratory exercises, certifications, and internships.
  4. Provide reliable, secure, and efficient IT services that support teaching, learning, and administrative functions of the institution.
  5. Collaborate with industry partners to align curriculum and training with evolving technological needs and employment trends.
  6. Advance digital literacy and responsible technology use across the campus community.
  7. Ensure the ethical use of technology and uphold best practices in cybersecurity, data privacy, and information governance.
Services Offered
  1. Offer academic programs in Information Technology, Computer Science, and related disciplines.
  2. Provide IT support and maintenance services for faculty, students, and administrative units.
  3. Manage and secure the institution’s network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, data centers, and cloud systems.
  4. Offer access to computer laboratories, software resources, and technical training workshops.
  5. Coordinate student internships, on-the-job training, and industry certifications in partnership with tech companies.
  6. Facilitate the development of software applications and digital platforms for institutional use.
  7. Conduct seminars, webinars, and tech bootcamps on emerging technologies such as AI, cybersecurity, data analytics, and cloud computing.
