The President's Office is the highest executive office within a college or university. It is responsible for the overall leadership and administration of the institution. The President acts as the chief executive officer, providing strategic direction, ensuring academic excellence, fostering a vibrant campus community, and representing the institution to external stakeholders, including government bodies, alumni, donors, and the general public.

Objectives
  1. Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the institution.
  2. Implement policies and decisions made by the Board of Trustees or Governing Board.
  3. Ensure the institution's mission, vision, and values are upheld and promoted.
  4. Foster a culture of academic rigor and intellectual inquiry.
  5. Support faculty development and enhance teaching and research activities.
  6. Oversee academic program development and ensure accreditation standards are met.
  7. Promote student engagement, retention, and success.
  8. Enhance student services and support systems, including advising, counseling, and career services.
  9. Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive campus environment.
  10. Ensure sound financial management and sustainability.
  11. Develop and implement strategies for fundraising, including alumni relations and partnerships with external stakeholders.
  12. Oversee the preparation and management of the institution's budget.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development and implementation of the institution’s strategic plan.
  2. Align institutional goals with academic and operational plans.
  3. Work closely with the Provost and Deans to ensure academic quality and integrity.
  4. Ensure transparency and accountability in financial reporting.
  5. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  6. Foster a positive and supportive working environment for faculty, staff, and students.
  7. Advocate for the institution’s interests at various forums and platforms.
  8. Act as the primary spokesperson for the institution.
  9. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and media.

1:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m - Mondays to Fridays

9:00 a.m. – 12:00 n.n - Saturday
