The Office of Hospitality Management is committed to excellence in the education, research, and professional training of students aspiring to lead in the dynamic hospitality and tourism industries. This office typically oversees academic programs that offer undergraduate and graduate degrees in hospitality management, tourism, hotel and restaurant management, and related fields. The Office of Hospitality Management serves as a center for academic innovation, industry engagement, community service, and the development of future leaders in the global hospitality sector

Objectives
  1. Deliver high-quality academic programs that equip students with knowledge in hospitality operations, customer service, business management, and global tourism trends.
  2. Encourage applied research and scholarly work in hospitality management, addressing emerging challenges and innovations in the industry.
  3. Prepare students for successful careers through experiential learning, including internships, simulations, and on-campus hospitality labs.
  4. Build strong partnerships with hotels, restaurants, resorts, tourism boards, and other stakeholders for collaborative projects, training, and job placements.
  5. Instill professional ethics, cultural sensitivity, and sustainability principles within all areas of hospitality and tourism education.
  6. Promote diversity and inclusivity by fostering a learning environment that reflects global perspectives in hospitality management.
  7. Support policy development and advocacy in tourism and hospitality through research, expert consultation, and public engagement.
Services Offered
  1. Offer degree programs in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Hotel and Restaurant Management, and Event Management.
  2. Provide industry-aligned training and certification programs for students and working professionals.
  3. Coordinate internships and industry immersion experiences with hospitality and tourism partners.
  4. Organize seminars, trade fairs, and guest lectures featuring hospitality industry leaders.
  5. Facilitate research projects, case studies, and student competitions related to service excellence and innovation.
  6. Deliver consultancy and training services to hospitality businesses, government agencies, and NGOs.
  7. Engage in community-based tourism and hospitality development initiatives that promote local culture and sustainable practices.
