A front office is a designation that describes an area of a business where clients and company personnel interact. Front offices are typically called so because they are at the front or entrance of a business, giving customers easy access to office workers. This vital section of the business can serve many purposes, depending on the company, and are often the best place to obtain any customer-related information.
Imagine the scenario: several phone lines are ringing, lights on the phone are blinking, coworkers are asking questions, and here comes a customer. How does the person manning the front desk of an office or business handle several people simultaneously with professionalism and poise?
This short TESDA course is specifically designed to answer these and other important questions for those who work as the organization’s first liners, the representatives at the front desk. In addition to learning these elements of effective verbal and visual communication, enrollees will find out how to expertly satisfy even the most demanding, difficult people without compromising on excellent customer service.
